Limerigg Pottery and Crafts really values your custom, and we want you to be absolutely happy in all your dealings with us. To this end, we will never share any of your information with anyone else, for any other purpose. If you have a complaint, a comment, or a suggestion for how we can improve our service, please drop us a line via the email contact, or visit us at our Facebook page, like, share and just pop in and say hello. The kettle is always on, and there's usually biscuits (and maybe even chocolate cake).

PRIVACY & SAFETY

We've said it before, but it's worth saying twice - Limerigg Pottery and Crafts will never share your information with anyone else, ever. Even if they offer us pots of cash. If you have a problem with one of our products, get in touch first we can refund on return - if it arrives broken, let us know within 3 working days and we can arrange a refund. We will of course do our utmost to ensure your item is packaged as securely as possible!

PAYMENT METHODS

To arrange payment via BACS transfer, contact us via the website or our Facebook page.
We also accept PAYPAL and credit cards, and if you want to pay by cheque, we can accept those too - just get in touch!
